What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They're deliberately short: this is an informational site about DePixel, our research, and our products in development. There are no accounts to create, nothing to purchase, and no service being provided beyond the pages themselves. When our products launch, they will carry their own terms, written with the same intent to be read.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read, link to, and quote from this site. Don't misrepresent your relationship with us, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, and don't scrape it in ways that burden it or misattribute its content.
Our content
The writing, design, marks, and imagery on this site belong to DePixel unless noted otherwise. Quote it with attribution as much as you like; don't republish it wholesale or use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement that doesn't exist.
What you send us
If you send us ideas, feedback, or messages through the site, you're telling us we can read them and act on what we learn. You keep whatever rights you have in what you send. How we handle the personal information involved is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Forward-looking statements
This site describes research programs and products that are still in development. We write about them carefully, but plans change as evidence comes in — that's what research means. Nothing here is a promise of a future product, feature, ship date, or capability.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee either, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of it. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of our products in development are, at this stage, medical devices.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them and the substance of the change will be stated plainly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
