Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible, we don't sell or share your data with advertisers, and nothing on this site tracks you across the web. A company built on the idea that technology should ask less of people has no business hoarding their information.

What we collect

If you write to us — through the contact form or by email — we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and your message. That's the only personal information this site collects.

Our infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are retained briefly, used only in aggregate, and never joined to your identity.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics scripts. No selling, renting, or trading of personal information — to anyone, for any reason. No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.

How we use what you send us

To reply to you, and for nothing else. If you wrote about a role, the people involved in hiring will read it. If you wrote about a partnership, the people who'd work on it will. Your message is never added to a marketing list, and we won't email you unprompted because you once contacted us.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live, and then for a reasonable period afterward in case you pick it back up. If you'd like it deleted sooner, ask and we'll do it.

Your rights

Wherever you are, we extend the same rights: ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll act on it promptly — no forms, no verification maze beyond confirming you're you.

When products ship

The DePixel Ring is being designed so that physiological data is processed on the device itself. Before any product reaches you, this policy will be expanded — in the same plain language — to cover exactly what the product senses, where it's processed, and what never leaves your possession. We will not ship first and explain later.

Changes

If this policy changes in any way that matters, the date above will change with it, and material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried in a diff.
